I like to use an enhanced code breaker myself, plus I have Minmatar logistics trained to level 5. So that's a 25 % bonus for the suit, 15 % increase because of the code breaker and another 15 % for my three levels in systems hacking for a nice 55 % increase in hacking speed.
With that kind of increase you're not only hacking really fast but even have a realistic chance at counterhacking an objective that the enemy has taken.
My strategy usually bottles down to calling down a bpo LAV and pedal to the metal to the objectives hacking as many as possible before anyone else gets the chance, planting drop uplinks as I go in order to ensure a quick respawn for myself and the team when I encounter resistance.
Equipmentwise I bring drop uplinks, nanohive and a nanite injector (60 warpoints f+Śr each revive is nice to have once the dead bodies start piling up around you)
Weapons I usually use assault rifles now because I needed to train with them, but I prefered mass drivers before that (one drawback of the mass driver is it's lack of ammo, but since you run around with nanohives it's not so much of a problem)
For the mid slots I tend to dismiss shield improvement and go for damage amplifiers instead. Remember that if your goal is to be able to "take hits" then your doing it wrong because you're the one who is supposed to shoot first. A good offense is the best defense, and when you're using a mass driver that does more than 200 in base damage, those extra few percent in damage increase from a light weapon damage amplifier translates into A LOT of extra points in damage, as opposed to when it is used with puny weapons.
Another more general tip worth keeping in mind as a Logi is that while you might not be able to restock equipment while standning next ro supply depots, you can however do it by opening the menu for changing dropsuits and just selecting the same dropsuit that you're already using. Also, doing this you don't experience that short "fade to black" delay that you would if you changed into another dropsuit, and "topping off" your equipment doesnt make drop uplinks or nanohives that you have already placed in the field disappear or anything either. So remember that as a logi, supply depots are your friend a little more than they are for the other roles.
